We ship worldwide, including to all US P.O. Boxes and US Territories. At this time, shipping is not available to mainland China, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We ship to only one address per order. For shipping to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

We offer partial shipments for U.S. domestic orders that include products on back order if not stated otherwise. Customers who prefer partial shipments are kindly invited to explicitly request a partial shipment in the notes within their order or contact the customer support. Partial shipment is, however, not applicable for international orders at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING METHODS

FedEx Ground, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS SurePost, UPS Worldwide Economy DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) , USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS First-Class International.

Domestic Standard Delivery: Your package should arrive within 3-8 business days from the time of shipping. Please keep in mind your order might take 1-2 days to process. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday.

Domestic Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (ET) Monday - Friday should arrive within 1 business day from the time of shipping unless additional validation is required. Your package will be shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight. (Please note that some zip codes are not available for this service).

International Delivery: Please allow up to:

-  3 months for USPS First Class International Shipping
-  4 weeks for UPS Worldwide Economy DDU or DDP
-  3 weeks for USPS Priority International Shipping
-  2 weeks for FedEx International Standard (Canada)
-  2 weeks for DHL Express Worldwide (4 to 8 business days for Europe and Canada, 8 to 14 business days for all other countries.)
-  1 week for FedEx International Economy

USPS First-Class International provides tracking until your package leaves the United States only. Please be aware that if you choose USPS First-Class International shipping, your shipment cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you choose UPS Worldwide Economy (UPS WWE) shipping services, please be aware that UPS WWE first collects all packages to a designated UPS export site where the packages are sorted and each package is relabeled with a new local postal shipping label of its destination country. Once relabeled, each package is issued a local tracking number available for reference on the UPS website. UPS ships the relabeled packages in bulk to their destination country and hands them over to the local postal service for final delivery. Tracking will then be possible for your package through its local tracking number via your local postal service’s website.

Import duties are due if the ordered value exceeds a certain threshold, called the "de minimis" import duty threshold value which is set individually by each country. Typical values vary from $20 USD to $1,000 USD. We recommend checking your country's current import duty rules before ordering.

Value Added Tax (VAT): Our prices at Shen Yun Collections do not include VAT. In addition to the import duties, some countries may also require payment of VAT. We recommend checking your country's current VAT rules before ordering. The European Union (EU) has made changes to its VAT. Since July 1, 2021, all orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT. Buyers are required to pay VAT on all purchases upon delivery of goods. At this moment, Shen Yun Collections is not able to collect and remit VAT on purchases shipping to the EU. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Brokerage Fees: For international orders, in addition to import duties and VAT, brokerage fees may also be required on delivery if you would like your shipping carrier to perform customs clearance on your behalf. You may choose to waive these service fees by obtaining customs clearance in person at your nearest governmental customs office. The cost of the brokerage fees will depend on the shipping carrier, the goods purchased as well as the destination country where the goods are delivered. We recommend checking the terms on brokerage fees with your shipping service provider before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS: For customers residing outside of the United States, we have local distributors you can order from to save on shipping costs and import duty on most items. This may also help save you the hassle of dealing with import procedures and payments.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER EXCLUSION

Free shipping on orders over $75 is only applicable to customers living in the contiguous United States and does not to apply to customers living in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The following products are excluded from free shipping:

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping and international orders are calculated based on the total weight, the destination country or region, as well as the desired shipping service.

You may have to pay customs duties and brokerage fees directly to the shipping carrier for international orders. The cost of the duties and brokerage fees will depend on the shipping carrier and the goods purchased.
