Our products are available for purchase by phone, and online at shopshenyun.com. During Shen Yun tour season, you can also visit our booths available on-site in the lobby of most U.S. venues hosting the performances.

Shen Yun Collections provides an exclusive selection of Shen Yun memorabilia, apparel, accessories, and home décor. Products on our website are subject to availability.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on shopshenyun.com.

All Shen Yun Collections products are crafted with high-quality material. Our designs are inspired by the Shen Yun performances and feature elaborate patterns taken from traditional Chinese culture.

Order Online

Simply select the product you would like to purchase, specify the quantity, then press either “Add to Cart” to continue shopping or press “Checkout” to proceed to payment. 

Order by Phone

Please call Shen Yun Collections toll free at 1-800-208-2384, Monday - Sunday between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST), excluding holidays.

Order Account

At checkout, please select either “Create an Account” or “Check Out as Guest.

For your convenience, we recommend that you create an account. This will allow you to store and update your personal information, access your order history, and also enjoy a faster checkout in future purchases.

Order Status

You may check your order status and history on our website by logging into your account or selecting the “Check Order” button at the bottom of the webpage.

How do I know if Shen Yun Collections received my order?

An Order Confirmation will be sent to your email once the order is received. Here you will find your order number, and details regarding the purchase. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to call us at 1-800-208-2384

To Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to shop@shenyun.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified.

PAYMENT

Shen Yun Collections accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. Your card will be charged at the time of shipment.

We do not accept gift cards.

Multiple Payment

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applicable to New York state.

Payment Security

All transactions are secured. shopshenyun.com is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Shen Yun Collections does not keep any credit card information.
